It is also very, very sturdy. I think this is just the cutest case - my zen fits perfectly.
Only option is to let the wire dangle between the dual zippers.Zipper is cheap - mine arrived banged up on one side, so now only one of the two zippers works.It looks like a bloody camera case, something a 13-year old would use to put their Hello Kitty camera in. At best you could call it "sporty", but I keep expecting to turn it over and see a picture of a cat meowing at me. First of all, this is NOT designed for a mp3 player - even bestpricecenter.com markets it as a digital camera case. That said, my zen x-fi does fit, even with the headphones connected.
My Zen is always protected, I don't even need to worry about blocking the panel, because I'm certain that it won't get activated by accident. My Zen fits perfectly, and I even have space enough to keep my earphones and the USB cable together, in perfect order. I was quite reluctant to buy it, after reading the other review of this product, but every buyer has different needs and that's why I still took my chances. Once it arrived it didn't dissapoint me: it's very elegant and I just love the color (I bought Eva blue).
Actually i did drop the case with the mp3 inside, but no harm done. Excellent design. This case is nice. It comes with carabiner, and i clip it on my bag. I will recommend this. I got purple one. It looks very sharp, and the case is hard enough to protect my mp3.
For everyday normal usage I much prefer the Creative Zen X-fi leather case. This case will protect the Zen X-fi mp3 player well and has a place to keep the earphones as well. It just is not my favorite. It protects quite well without adding much bulk to the size of the player.This case is much less expensive and protects well. But, I found the case to be a bit bulky for my taste. If I want to be sure my player is well protected, I will use this case.
